Eric Swan, aided by his Uncle George and unbeknown to his wife, has pocketed thousands of dolllars through fraudulent welfare claims.  When a welfare agent arrives on the doorstep mayhem and deception ensues.  A riotous rib-tickler for those who like to laugh their socks off.
