Babies in arms are NOT allowed in the theater. Everyone who enters the theater must have a ticket and lap-sitting is not allowed out of consideration of other patrons. A majority of our shows are intended for older audiences and may run in length of two to two-and-a-half hours. Children under the age of eight are discouraged from attending productions unless you feel they will remain engaged in the production. Peninsula Players Theatre recommends that parents consider their child’s maturity level and to reach out to the theater if they are interested or concerned about a production’s content.
All individual ticket orders, whether in person at our Box Office or via the internet, mail or telephone, are subject to a $5.00 order fee.
The state of Wisconsin charges not-for-profit performing arts organizations sales tax on all ticket sales. Peninsula Players Theatre incorporates that cost into the price it sets at the bar/canteen and Box Office. All tickets include a technology service fee included in the total price of the ticket, excluding sales tax.
Please dress for the weather. The theater's doors, sides and vents will remain open at all times to allow for adequate ventilation. Patrons attending performances at Peninsula Players Theatre should dress for their own personal comfort and take into consideration any weather-related moisture or temperature variance which may occur. We do suggest wearing a sensible shoe as the grounds and shoreline are in their natural state. It is recommended to bring an extra layer to ensure your own personal comfort. The evenings can get quite cool and we want everyone to be comfortable.
Pictures and recording devices are NOT allowed of the productions themselves. It is a copyright violation to record the actors’ without their written permission according to Actors' Equity rules. Pictures of your time on our property are highly encouraged.

Peninsula Players Theatre is located near several hotels, motels and resorts. Please refer to our online playbill located under each show for lodging establishments who support Peninsula Players Theatre.
All ticket sales are final; there are no cancellations or refunds. Patrons may exchange tickets if the Box Office receives at least 48-hours notice prior to the date on your ticket, for $1 per ticket. Tickets can be exchanged to another performance in the current season. If a ticket is exchanged or converted to an Annul Fund contribution the theater will sell the seat to the next available patron.
Please call the Box Office at (920) 868-3287 and we will email you a new ticket.
Please note we are a professional theater and hire actors by the rules and regulations set forth by Actors' Equity Association, which limits the number of non-union actors we may hire per production. Please visit the Actors' Equity Association for audition times.
