Ticket Policies

All ticket sales are final; there are no cancellations nor refunds outside of our COVID safety protocol which allows refunds for patrons who are feeling sick or have recently tested positive for COVID. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for free. Patrons may exchange tickets if the Box Office receives at least 48-hours notice prior to the date on your ticket, for $1 per ticket. Tickets may be exchanged to another performance in the same season.  Please note that any ticket that has been exchanged will be resold to the next available patron.  Any ticket converted into an Annual Fund contribution will also be resold to the next available patron.

Please note that all tickets will be sent via email or may be downloaded directly from our ticketing site by using your email address on file and the password you created.  If you have not logged into our ticketing portal you may do so by visiting tickets.peninsulaplayers.com and enter your credentials or select "Forgot Password" to request a new password.
