We know that your privacy is important to you and we promise to respect it. At The Peninsula Players we never sell, barter, or trade any information about you or your visit to our web site. The Peninsula Players is committed to providing you an exciting and informative web experience as well as safeguarding your privacy online. Please read our Policies below, as it explains our email and web site policy and practices. Please check back often, as our Policies and email practices may change, without notice, to reflect changes in related legislation or to provide better service.
PERSONAL INFORMATION – Viewing an email message or visiting our site does not enable us to collect any personal information from or about the individual unless their informed permission is provided. The Peninsula Players maintains an email list or web site data and in some instances, a limited amount of personal information about intended recipients, to ensure that email is accurately directed to those individuals who may be interested in receiving that type of marketing information. We will not compile, disclose or resell this personal information. We are committed to protecting all of the personal information we collect and the privacy of everyone who receives an email message or visits our web site. We have taken extensive measures to safeguard our computer systems and servers, and all of our employees handle all personal information in a secure and professional manner.
OPT-IN PARTICIPATION -In some email messages or web site forms, the viewer will be able to request that his/her name be added to a list of individuals interested in receiving other email messages in the future, but we will not release any of your personal information to any third party. For email communications you will have the opportunity to remove your name from this list at any time, using the unsubscribe button located at the end of each communication. Also, you can unsubscribe from any campaign sent by The Peninsula Players and/or its marketing partners by sending an email to: [email protected] and indicating you would like to be removed. Your name will be immediately removed from the mailing list. When unsubscribing, please use the email address which received the communication to send your unsubscribe request.
PRIVACY DISCLAIMER – We are committed to helping you enjoy a positive web site experience and safeguarding your privacy, however, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted over the internet, and you do so at your own risk.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY – Protecting the safety of your credit card information is important to us. All credit card processing is conducted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and at no point do we store credit card numbers online or collect/transmit such information via email.
RETURN POLICY – All ticket sales are final; there are no cancellations or refunds. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for free. Patrons may exchange tickets if the box office receives at least 48-hours notice prior to the date on your ticket, for $1 per ticket, we can exchange them to another performance in the Players season. There are no cash refunds on gift certificate purchases made at the box office, by phone or on our website, however the value of the gift certificate may be used towards any service or merchandise purchase. Gift certificates do not expire.
GIFT CERTIFICATE DELIVERY POLICY – We mail gift certificates purchased on our website everyday by standard mail. You can expect to receive your certificate within 2-3 business days if you are a local resident and 3-5 business days if you are outside of the Door County, Wisconsin area. Once we have received your request and payment for your certificate, you will be notified via email that it has been processed. All gift certificate purchases are purchased through a secure website. Gift certificates do not expire.
