Ticket Policies

Terms & Conditions

All tickets purchased for performances at Peninsula Players Theatre are subject to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these policies could result in the loss of ticket privileges, including removal from the premises.

Peninsula Players Theatre is a hybrid indoor/outdoor venue, and our performances occur rain or shine. Ticket prices include sales tax and a technology fee (not eligible for discount) that help to support our non-profit organization and the technology we use to process tickets, donations and gift certificates. All orders are subject to a one-time order fee.

All ticket sales are final; there are no cancellations nor refunds. Season ticket holders may exchange tickets for free. Patrons may exchange tickets if the Box Office receives at least 48-hours notice prior to the date on your ticket, for $1 per ticket. Individual tickets may be exchanged to another performance in the same season.  Please note that any ticket that has been exchanged will be resold to the next available patron.  Any ticket converted into an Annual Fund contribution will also be resold to the next available patron.

Use of a ticket to enter our campus serves as consent for Peninsula Players Theatre to capture and use your photo, image and or voice in promotional materials.

If you arrive late, please wait to be seated until directed by a House Manager or usher.  You will be seated in an available seat in the back of the theater and may then move to your purchased seat at intermission.

Babies in arms are NOT allowed in the theater. Everyone who enters the theater must have a ticket and lap-sitting is not allowed out of consideration of other patrons. A majority of our shows are intended for older audiences and may run in length of two to two-and-a-half hours. Children under the age of eight are discouraged from attending productions unless you feel they will remain engaged in the production. Peninsula Players Theatre recommends that parents consider their child’s maturity level and to reach out to the theater if they are interested or concerned about a production’s content.

Scalping, Secondary Market, or Problem Orders

We do not make tickets available to scalpers or the secondary market. We reserve the right to cancel your ticket purchase at any time and for any reason if we determine that there is a potential issue with your order or a risk to the venue (including but not limited to financial, reputation or any other reason).
